Rebuilding a Meaningful Life You LOVE!

Does This Sound Familiar?

Your body is still expecting danger.

Even in peaceful moments, part of you stays alert. Your shoulders rarely relax. You brace yourself when your phone buzzes. You find yourself waiting for the next criticism, the next conflict, or the next thing to go wrong—even when you're finally safe.

You can't find yourself anymore.

You've spent so long adapting to someone else's needs, moods, and expectations that you no longer know where you begin. Someone asks what you want, and your mind goes blank. You scan everyone else's faces before deciding what you think. It feels like you've become a stranger to yourself.

You don't trust yourself.

Every decision feels heavier than it should. You replay conversations for hours, searching for the moment you got it wrong. You wonder if your instincts are real or if you're "just being emotional." Even when something feels wrong, your body hesitates before your mind gives you permission to believe it.

You feel stuck between surviving and living.

You're no longer in crisis, but you don't quite feel alive either. Days blur together as you keep putting one foot in front of the other. You know you're free, yet it doesn't feel like your life belongs to you. It's as though you're waiting for permission to begin living again.

Everything feels harder than it used to.

Simple tasks seem to require enormous effort. Your brain feels cluttered. You walk into a room and forget why. You start projects but can't seem to finish them. It feels as though someone quietly turned down the volume on your confidence while turning up the volume on self-doubt.

What if you could feel peace in your body, confidence in who you are, and trust in your strengths?

Find the confidence and self-trust to dream, plan, and define your own vision of the future from a place of rest instead of survival.

Step-by-step, take small, meaningful action toward becoming the best and truest version of yourself, find your deepest strengths, and learn to leverage your power to build.

Create the safe, nurturing, and authentic environment that supports you and your family thriving.

Rebuild a meaningful life you love!

Rebuilding my own life.

Every survivor has a “tile floor moment.”

A moment, sitting alone on the tile floor, crying and hugging her knees, when she decides that this time is the last time. That the cost of staying is greater than the risks of leaving.

In March of 2020 I got up from that floor, brushed away the tears and, after having 4 babies in 6 years, became a single mom.

No education. No career. No plan.

But a burning resolution to make it better, and a drive to focus all my energy on studying and understanding domestic violence and coercive control, and more importantly… find a way forward.

6 years later, I graduated with a masters degree in behavioral science, became a licensed behavior analyst, and bought my dream house.

Along the way, I even found a partner who celebrates growth, vulnerability, and friendship with me!

Now, my passion and purpose is using my education and my own story to bring other women together and walk with them on a compassionate, science-backed path to rebuilding a meaningful life they love!
